I’d like to thank Chief Wiggum, Matt Groening & the rest of the writers of that Simpsons episode. I reference pop culture on a fairly regular basis, however this one is a little more special to my life.

Throughout my adolescence this Simpsons moment thoroughly confused me to which side of the road I was supposed to run on – and to an extension what side to ride a bicycle. The chief of police on a cartoon show said it; 11 year old me assumed it was legit.
